Guest comments:
Here are just a few extracts from comments written in our guest
book. You will be able to read these (and many others) in the
book for yourself (and of course add your own) if you decide to
visit Small Isles House as our guests - we hope you will!
“lovely house – clean and tidy, very well equipped”
“The excellent washing/drying facilities (both people
and clothes) were much appreciated”
“seals, otter, herons etc on rocks opposite the house,
everyone very friendly, house very comfortable, really appreciated
washing/drying facilities”
“You have a lovely view over the bay”
“The view from the lounge window kept us entertained
throughout our stay…with the ebb and flow of water the bay
becomes a moving picture which is a real feast for the eyes. Who
needs TV programmes when you have a nature reserve on your doorstep?”
“As my 5 year old said ‘everyone’s very
kind here mummy’”
“What a great house…the time just sails by, not
ready to go home yet!”
“Small Isles House very cosy”
“Two other sightings (of the otter) as he/she made
his/her way along the shoreline at dusk on calm evenings, continually
diving and rolling. Virtually resident heron and deer grazing
right in front of the house one night after dark. Short-eared
owls another highlight”
“Really appreciated all the baby facilities and washing
facilities”
"You have provided everything that anyone could need and
more so. The fire and view I will find very hard to leave"
"Not often you meet a stag on the way to dinner..."
"What a comfortable holiday home Small Isles House is"
"A wonderful holiday in a lovely comfortable house with
amazing views"
"Small Isles House has been a joy to visit - the views from
the house are stunning, it was very comfortable and there was
ample room for us all"
"The house is so comfortable and easy to live in - thanks
we'll be back"
